To clarify, registrants are the payors, the ones who literally enter details into the registration form, enter their email, and pay for the tickets and sponsorships. Attendees are all the people included in the registration that will be attending your event. You will only have one registrant but may have more than one attendee per registration.
Sometimes, you may have an attendee name and aren't sure who he/she was registered with. Below is how see you registered the attendee.
How to get there:
- Login to your Wizevents account.
- Click on the Registrations/Donation Forms tab.
- Locate the event you'd like to view. Click on the name of the event or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose transactions/reports.
- Click on the Attendees tab from the left hand side.
What to do:
Enter the attendee's last name in the search box or scroll to find it.
Adjacent to the name, click on the three dots located under Actions and click view registration.
Here you will be able to review the registrant name, tickets purchased, and all of the other transaction details
