You may need to view the list of credit card errors for when donors have tried unsuccessfully to use their credit cards to process registrations.
How to get there:
- Login to your Wizevents account.
- Click on the Registrations Forms tab.
- Hover over the button "Global Options"
- Click on the link "Display Credit Card Errors".
What to do:
View all credit card errors, the date of the error, the name of the registrant and the error reason.
