You may have uploaded a full page graphic to your ad journal that doesn't meet the 1000px x 670px dimensions of the ad area. In order that it looks right, you may want to add some "padding", or spacing above the graphic.
How to get there:
- Login to your Wizevents account.
- Click on the Websites (Journals) tab.
- Locate the event you'd like to view. Click on the name of the event or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose manage ads.
- Locate the ad you'd like to view. Click on the name of the ad or hover over the three dots to the right of the ad name and choose edit.
What to do:
Under the Top Padding heading, you can enter how many pixels of padding (background ad space) you'd like to add to the top of your graphic. For reference, 10px is small, while 50px will take you towards the middle or end of the ad space.
Click Save With Current Status/Save and Make Active to maintain your changes and Discard to cancel your changes.
